Our first Back Porch concert of the season comes this week on Wednesday, June 15th at 7PM!
Come out to the back lawn of the Bartholomew House (6901 Lyndale Ave S) on June 15 to hear Todd Chase perform an hour of original songs and covers, blues, pop, folk, country, rock, even some Elvis and Prince! Pianist Russ Peterson will join Todd for the 2nd half of the set.
Bring a lawn chair as the music will be outdoors! The event is free, but the Historical Society and Todd both appreciate tips.
We’ve published our spring/summer newsletter. If you are not on our mailing list, please call 612-798-6140. We also send our newsletter via email, so if you prefer, sign up for our electronic mailing list. There are lots of great events coming up. Check it out!
This musical event was a fund-raiser for the Richfield Historical Society. Thanks to our sponsors—RBCU, Herman & Nel Swanson, and Richfield Visions—the upfront costs have been covered; the full value of your ticket purchase will be used to support the mission of the Richfield Historical Society.

This event has been CANCELED
Join Bob Glancy as he “puts legs” on his well-received talk entitled Where the Heck is Downtown Richfield. If you’ve been lucky enough to attend one of his presentations, you know that Bob has researched the shifting center of commerce in the city of Richfield, from its earliest days until now. Join Mr. Glancy on a walking tour of these important regions of the city as you learn about the driving forces that have changed Richfield.
