History Forum

February 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Free

Have you ever wondered about the REAL development of rail lines linking Richfield to the rest of a developing metropolitan area? Here is your chance to find out what REALLY happened.   It’s a story that includes flowers and nurseries, maybe racehorses, and above all the growth of Richfield.

Come and hear William Williams of the Dan Patch Historical Society who will discuss how the Dan Patch line came to be and how it affected the development of Richfield.  Discussion and Questions/Answers will follow the presentation.

The History Forums for 2020 are held at the Richfield Community Center four times a year from 10 am to 11 am.

The second History Forum will be held May 20, 2020.  Check back here on the website, or on the Societies Facebook Page at Richfield Historical Society for more information about the second Forum.
