Our 1954 AMIe80 jukebox has been given new life! Thanks to Daniel Coulter, a technician who specials in restoring this type of technology, our jukebox plays music once again. The lights glow, the bass will blow you away, and the 120 song selection from the 50s and 60s is outstanding. It will have a special place in our upcoming exhibit, Teenage Richfield. So put on your saddle shoes and look forward to sock hop and polka music!
Before the jukebox found its way into our collection it used to be housed at Frenchmen’s on 66th Street. In honor of the music that now graces RHS, we are showcasing a few vinyl records that have extra special meaning to the community of Richfield.
